I have been working with women and men for over 7 years. However, until I founded SPATHA, I was sent on an inner and outer journey that enables me to do what I am doing today.
It started more than 15 years ago when I was at the bottom of my life. A sports injury resulted in burnout and depression that lasted for years. I had low self-esteem, no confidence in myself, I was insecure, and when it came to women I was hopelessly lost. I longed for my absent father and authentic male mentorship. I lived on the edge of existence, always looking for the last glimmer of hope. A search for a purpose and a meaningful life began. A search for clarity in life, my identity as an individual and masculinity. I met one of my mentors who showed me the other side of life, the ability not only to overcome life struggles, but to grow beyond oneself. A life based on real, solid self-esteem, integrity and inner truth. To go through life with confidence as a mature, grounded man who knows who he really is and what he really wants. I am convinced that it is only the mountains that we have climbed ourselves that we can show others. The search became an application, the application a vocation.
